Where do you get to the fog lamp to replace it on a 1988 Z28 I-Roc Camaro?

You can get to it from under the car, on a lift is easiest then remove the plastic air dam under the light and you should be able to reach up and remove the bulb without removing the lamp assembly. On each side of the fog lamp lens, you will seen a screw, the screws have little holderers that hold the lens in place remove the two screws from each fog lamp and the lense will come off, replace bulb, reinstall lens.
