Take Metro-North at Grand Central to New Rochelle. Make sure it's a New Haven line train. I'm not sure which bus to take from there (or if you even need a bus at that point) but I included a link that shows all the buses that stops at New Rochelle.
I would call the Beeline Bus company and ask if there are any buses that go from the train station to new Roc City. If not...just take a taxi.
