Where is the ROC (Republic of China) located? (Have to be Chinese)?

Republic of China (涓彲姘戝湅) is located in the South China Sea.Where is the ROC (Republic of China) located? (Have to be Chinese)?
ROC is a state in Asia, commonly known as Taiwan. They used to be the controller and ruler of all China, but when the Nationalists lost to the Communist Party on the Chinese Civil War (which was in 1949, I think), the Nationalists fled to the island of Taiwan and established their government there, and they still control the island and some surrounding small islands like Matsu and Kinmen.

BTW, the People's Republic of China does not recognize ROC's existence, and they consider it to be their province, because of the ';One China Policy';.Where is the ROC (Republic of China) located? (Have to be Chinese)?
ROC is Taiwan, located in an Island Southeast of China.

ROC does not exist anymore . They ceased to exist when they lost the civil war to PRC, thus losing control of China. The only reason the remaining few still camp out in Taiwan is because the US government keeps on providing these rebels with arms and political support.

Can you imagine if one day the Republican party, suddenly go to Hawaii and setup their government there and refuse to acknowledge that the Democrats have defeated them, and claim to call Hawaii the United States of America, while the other 49 states are controlled by the Democrats. This is absurd at best, but for some reason, Taiwan as a separate nation is not.
