I used to play almost daily, but stopped for awhile. I created a new account and tried to login today. I had the login info correct. But whenever I click login the buttons grey and the nothing happens. Ive let it sit for ten minutes to see if maybe it took awhile, and nothing happened yet. sounds like your internet is going slow, try resetting your modem and router
